#Deutschland
#deutschland is the German name of the country, and creators use it for albums from Germany or for an audience that searches in German. It often appears together with German titles, which makes it a handy entry point if you prefer that language. As with every tag, the creator decides when it fits, so a location is a hint and not a fact.
MoreLess
The English spelling has its own page at #germany, and #deutsch groups albums by the language of their text. If you want a look at the creators themselves, #german is the tag many of them use for their origin, and every profile lists all of a person's albums in one place.
