1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

1.1 Nudzy is the website at nudzy.net, its subdomains and related services (together the “Service”; “Nudzy”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Service).

1.2 These Terms of Service, together with the Content Policy below, the Privacy Policy, the DMCA / Copyright page and the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement (together the “Terms”), govern your access to and use of the Service, whether or not you have an account. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the Service.

1.3 Nudzy is a platform for sexually explicit content created by and depicting adults only, published with the consent of every person shown. The Service is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

2. Eligibility and age

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live or from where you access the Service if that age is higher, to access the Service, view any content, create an account or upload anything.

2.2 You may use the Service only where viewing sexually explicit material is legal for you. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

2.3 Age assurance. Depending on where you are, we may ask you to confirm that you are an adult, require you to complete an age check with us or a third-party provider, or block access to the Service. We may change these measures at any time. You must not use any means (for example VPNs, proxies, false information or another person's identity) to get around an age check, a regional restriction or a block, or help others to do so.

2.4 Uploaders. Before or after you publish content, we may require you and every person depicted in it to complete identity and age verification with us or a provider we choose, and to provide the records described in Section 6.

2.5 If we learn or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we will close the account and remove its content, and we may report the matter as described in Section 10.

3. Accounts and security

3.1 You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal: you must not sell, transfer, lend or share your account.

3.2 You are responsible for keeping your password, second factor and passkeys secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately via support@nudzy.net if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3.3 Your username, display name, avatar and bio are content under these Terms and must follow the Content Policy. They must not impersonate anyone and must not suggest that you or anyone else is under 18.

3.4 Nudzy staff will never ask for your password or one-time codes.

4. Your content and the license you give us

4.1 “Content” means anything you upload, submit or publish on the Service, including photos, videos, albums, titles, descriptions, tags, profile information and messages to us.

4.2 You keep ownership of your Content. We do not claim ownership of it.

4.3 License to Nudzy. By uploading Content you grant Nudzy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, transferable only together with the Service and sublicensable to our service providers (for example hosting, storage, video encoding and content delivery providers) solely to operate the Service, to:

1. host, store, copy, process and transmit the Content;
2. make technical adaptations, including transcoding, compressing, resizing, cropping, generating thumbnails, previews and lower-resolution versions, and removing metadata;
3. display, perform and distribute the Content on the Service, including in feeds, search results, tag and profile pages and in localized versions of Service pages;
4. show titles, descriptions, tags, usernames and profile text on pages of the Service that are accessible before age confirmation and to search engines, as far as the Service displays them there; and
5. use the Content to moderate, investigate, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requests and defend legal claims.

4.4 Limits of the license. We will not use your Content in advertising or promotion outside the Service (for example on third-party websites or social media), and we will not sell or license your Content to third parties for their own use, unless you and every person depicted separately agree.

4.5 The license ends when you delete the Content or your account, or when we remove it, except for copies we keep under Section 13.3 for as long as we keep them, and for the purposes in Section 4.3(e).

4.6 To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to object to the technical adaptations in Section 4.3(b).

4.7 If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

5. Your promises about your Content

Each time you upload or publish Content, you represent and warrant to Nudzy that:

1. Rights. You created the Content yourself, or you own or have all rights and permissions needed to upload it and to grant the license in Section 4, and it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other right of anyone.
2. Age. Every person who appears in the Content was at least 18 years old when the Content was created, and is shown as an adult.
3. Consent to recording. Every person who appears in the Content freely gave informed consent to being photographed or filmed, to every sexual act depicted and to the recording itself.
4. Consent to publication on Nudzy. Every person who appears in the Content gave documented, written consent to the Content being published on Nudzy (not merely to recording, private sharing or publication elsewhere), and has not withdrawn that consent.
5. Records. You hold the age, identity and consent records described in Section 6 for every person who appears in the Content, and you will provide them to us on request.
6. Legality. Creating, possessing and publishing the Content is legal where it was produced, where you are and in the United States, and the Content complies with the Content Policy.
7. Accuracy. All information you give us, including titles, descriptions, tags and verification data, is true and not misleading.
8. No commercial sex. The Content and your use of the Service do not offer, request, advertise or facilitate any sexual service in exchange for anything of value, or any form of trafficking or exploitation.

These promises continue for as long as your Content is on the Service. If any of them stops being true, you must remove the Content immediately and tell us. When you upload, you confirm these promises with one click; we store that confirmation with the upload.

6. Age, identity and consent records

6.1 For every person who appears in sexually explicit Content you upload, you must obtain and keep, before you upload:

1. a legible copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification document showing the person's legal name and date of birth, examined by you before the Content was created;
2. any other names the person has used, including stage names and aliases;
3. a signed release covering consent to recording and to publication of the specific Content on Nudzy; and
4. any other records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, or by other law that applies to you.

6.2 You must keep these records for at least as long as the law requires.

6.3 Production on request. You must provide these records (or, where we use a verification provider, have the depicted person complete verification with that provider) within the period stated in our request, and sooner if we tell you that a report concerns a possible minor or lack of consent. Until we receive records we consider sufficient, we may keep the Content unpublished or disable it. If you do not provide them, we may remove the Content and suspend or terminate your account.

6.4 Where the law requires you, as the producer of the Content, to keep these records and display a statement about where they are kept, that obligation is yours.

7. Content Policy

7.1 All Content and all use of the Service must comply with the Content Policy below, which is part of these Terms.

7.2 Zero tolerance. Content that involves, or appears to involve, a person under 18, or that sexualizes minors in any way, is prohibited without exception and leads to immediate removal, permanent termination and a report to the authorities (Section 10) — regardless of the actual age of the performers where the Content is presented as involving minors.

8. Other prohibited conduct

You must not:

1. use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the Terms;
2. harass, threaten, stalk, bully or intimidate anyone, or publish anyone's private information (doxxing);
3. impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age or affiliation;
4. upload malware, or probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission;
5. access the Service by automated means (scraping, crawling, bulk downloading), except public search engines following our robots.txt;
6. circumvent access controls, signed links, download restrictions, rate limits, age checks or regional blocks;
7. download, record, copy or redistribute other users' Content outside the Service, except as the Service expressly allows;
8. send spam, manipulate views, likes, follows or rankings, or operate fake or duplicate accounts;
9. submit false or abusive reports, or knowingly misrepresent facts in a copyright notice or counter notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(f));
10. advertise, solicit or arrange paid sexual services, escorting or in-person meetings for sex, or facilitate prostitution or trafficking; or
11. interfere with the operation of the Service or place an unreasonable load on it.

9. How we moderate

9.1 Before publication. We review Content before it is published. For some accounts with an established history we may instead publish Content after automated, risk-based checks and review it afterwards. Edits to published titles, descriptions and profiles may also require review before they go live.

9.2 Tools. We use human review and may use automated tools. Automated tools do not make final decisions to terminate accounts.

9.3 Our discretion. We may refuse, restrict, label, demote, remove or disable access to any Content, and limit, suspend or terminate any account, at any time if we believe in good faith that it violates the Terms or the law, or creates a risk for Nudzy, our users, depicted persons or third parties — with or without prior notice. While a report is being investigated we may restrict Content provisionally.

9.4 No guarantee. Our review does not mean that we have verified every statement you made, that Content is lawful, or that we endorse it. Content is created and uploaded by users, and each user is solely responsible for the Content they upload. Reviewing, ranking, editing metadata of, or removing Content does not make Nudzy its author or mean that we adopt it as our own. We have no obligation to monitor Content, but we may do so.

9.5 Notice to you. When we remove or restrict your Content or account, we will generally tell you, with the reason and the rule concerned, unless the law prohibits it or telling you could compromise an investigation or the safety of any person — in particular where we suspect the exploitation of a minor.

9.6 Review of our decisions. If you believe we made a mistake, contact us via support@nudzy.net within 30 days and tell us why. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it. Copyright removals follow the counter-notice process in Section 11 instead.

10. Reporting content; non-consensual content; child safety

10.1 Anyone can report Content, with or without an account, through the report form. Report categories include suspected minors, intimate content shared without consent, copyright, harassment, privacy, impersonation and spam.

10.2 Intimate content shared without consent. If intimate images or videos of you are on Nudzy without your consent — including content created with your consent but published without it, and AI-generated or manipulated content depicting you — report it as shared without consent. You do not need a copyright claim. On a valid request we remove the content and make reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies on the Service as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after we receive the request.

10.3 Suspected minors. Reports of suspected minors are treated with the highest priority. Content may be restricted immediately while we review it.

10.4 Reports to authorities. When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or to competent law enforcement authorities as required or permitted by law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and we preserve the related Content and account information as required by law. We may also report other suspected crimes, in particular threats to a person's life or safety.

10.5 Withdrawal of consent by a depicted person. If a person who appears in Content tells us that they did not consent to its publication on Nudzy, or no longer consent, we may remove the Content without deciding any dispute between that person and the uploader, and regardless of any agreement between them.

10.6 Evidence. When Content is reported or taken down, we may preserve copies of it and related records (even if the uploader deletes it) for as long as the report is open, as long as needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, and as required by law or by a request from a competent authority.

10.7 Do not attach or send us copies of content you believe shows a minor. Report its location (link) only.

11. Copyright (DMCA) and repeat infringers

11.1 We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). How to send a notice or a counter notice, and what happens afterwards, is described on our DMCA / Copyright page, which is part of these Terms. Contact for copyright matters: dmca@nudzy.net.

11.2 Repeat infringers. It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other rights. Each upheld copyright notice that leads us to disable or remove Content counts as a strike under Section 12.

11.3 After a valid counter notice, we may restore the Content no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receipt, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2)(C)). Content that is also held for another reason (for example a non-consent or minor-safety report) stays unavailable.

12. Strikes, warnings, suspension and termination

12.1 Warnings. We may issue a warning for a violation instead of, or in addition to, other measures.

12.2 Strikes. A strike is recorded against an account each time we disable or remove Content uploaded by that account because of a report decided against it. One report decision counts as one strike, even if it affects several items.

12.3 Repeat violations. An account that receives three or more strikes within any 365-day period is reviewed, and we will suspend or terminate it in appropriate circumstances. We may also place an account under heightened review, so that all of its Content is reviewed before publication.

12.4 Immediate termination. We may terminate an account permanently, without prior warning or strikes, for a single serious violation, including Content involving or sexualizing minors, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content of a real person created or altered without their consent, trafficking or commercial sex, threats of violence, fraud about age, identity or consent, or false verification records.

12.5 Effect of termination. If we terminate your account, your Content is removed from the Service, your right to use the Service ends, and you must not create a new account or use another person's account without our written permission. Section 13.3 still applies.

12.6 You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account (Section 13).

13. Deleting Content or your account; retention

13.1 You can delete individual Content and your account at any time in your settings. Deleted Content and a deleted account's profile and Content stop being visible on the Service promptly.

13.2 Copies may persist for a limited time in caches of our content delivery providers until purged, and in encrypted backups for up to 30 days.

13.3 Even after deletion, we keep Content and related records where (a) a report or investigation concerning it is open, (b) we are subject to a legal hold or a request from a competent authority, (c) the law requires us to (for example after a report to NCMEC), or (d) they are needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

13.4 We cannot control copies that others made in violation of these Terms.

14. Third-party services and links

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services (for example sign-in or age-assurance providers). Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites.

Advertising. To finance our video offering we use advertising services from ExoClick (EXOCLICK, S.L.). Cookies and technical data (for example the IP address) are processed to deliver and limit advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy. By confirming the 18+ notice before entering the Service you also confirm that you have taken note of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimers

15.1 THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that Content will be preserved, or that Content provided by users is accurate, lawful or non-infringing. Content reflects the views of the users who upload it, not of Nudzy.

15.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including mandatory consumer protection law.

16. Limitation of liability

16.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUDZY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service, any Content or these Terms, whatever the legal theory, even if we were told such damages were possible.

16.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY for all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

16.3 These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as, where applicable, liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16.4 To the extent permitted by law, including 47 U.S.C. § 230, Nudzy is not responsible for Content provided by users.

17. Indemnification

17.1 To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Nudzy and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers from and against all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Content you upload or publish, including claims by persons who appear in it; (b) your breach of these Terms, including any promise in Section 5 or the records obligations in Section 6; (c) your violation of any law or of any right of a third party; or (d) any misrepresentation you make to us, including in verification, reports or counter notices.

17.2 We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you will cooperate with us. You must not settle any such matter without our prior written consent.

18. Disputes

18.1 Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us via support@nudzy.net so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.

18.2 If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place whose law gives you mandatory rights or the right to sue in your home courts, nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.

18.3 Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, where the law permits such a limit.

19. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

19.1 We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

19.2 We may change these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email to registered users or by a notice on the Service, unless a change is required sooner by law or to address abuse or a safety risk. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, the changed Terms apply to you; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

21. General

21.1 Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Nudzy about the Service and replace any earlier agreements on the same subject.

21.2 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of the Terms stay in effect.

21.3 No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

21.4 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, or by operation of law.

21.5 No relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship. Nudzy does not hire, contract for, manage or otherwise arrange for the participation of any person who appears in Content.

21.6 Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

21.7 Survival. Sections 4.5, 5, 6, 10.6, 12.5, 13.3 and 15–21 survive termination.

21.8 Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

Content Policy

This Content Policy is part of the Terms. It applies to everything on Nudzy: photos, videos, albums, titles, descriptions, tags, usernames, profile pictures and bios. “Shows”, “depicts” and “suggests” include text, audio, costumes, props, settings and context, not only images. Nudzy allows sexually explicit content only if it is legal, shows only adults who consented to its creation and to its publication on Nudzy, and is uploaded by someone who has the right to upload it.

1. Minors and anything that suggests minors — zero tolerance

Prohibited, without exception:

1. Any content showing a person under 18, sexual or not (including family photos of children).
2. Any content showing a person who appears to be under 18, even if they are an adult. We decide based on how the content looks and how it is presented, and we may ask for proof of age.
3. Any content that presents, describes, implies or role-plays a minor or a youthful age, even if every performer is an adult — including the words “teen”, “teenage”, “barely legal”, “underage”, “jailbait”, “young girl/boy”, “loli”, “shota”, ages under 18 and equivalent terms, misspellings or translations in titles, descriptions, tags, usernames or audio; school settings and uniforms presented as such, “student/teacher” scenarios set in a school; age play and infantilization (diapers, pacifiers, childish clothing or toys in a sexual context, “DDLG”/“ABDL”); and emphasizing childlike features to suggest a minor.
4. Drawn, animated, computer-generated or AI-generated content that depicts or suggests a minor in a sexual context.
5. Content that sexualizes minors in any other way, links to such content, or seeks to contact or groom minors.

Consequence: immediate removal, permanent termination of all accounts, preservation of evidence and a report to NCMEC and/or law enforcement where we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material. We block many of these terms automatically in titles, tags, usernames and search.

2. Consent

Prohibited:

1. Content of any person who did not consent to being recorded, to the acts shown or to publication on Nudzy — including “revenge porn”, “leaked”, “stolen”, “hacked” or “private” content, and content originally shared privately or on another platform under different terms.
2. Hidden-camera, voyeur, upskirt, downblouse or “creepshot” content, and content recorded where people expect privacy without the consent of everyone shown.
3. Content showing a person who is or appears to be unable to consent — asleep, unconscious, drunk, drugged or otherwise incapacitated — including role-play of these states.
4. Content showing or simulating rape, sexual assault, coercion or non-consent, including “consensual non-consent” and “forced” scenarios.
5. Sexual deepfakes and synthetic content of real people: images, videos or audio created or altered with AI or other tools that depict an identifiable real person in a sexual or nude context without that person's documented consent.
6. Sexual content in which any depicted person is wholly AI-generated or synthetic (such persons cannot complete age and consent verification).
7. Content uploaded after a depicted person withdrew consent to its publication.

3. Violence, abuse and extreme content

Prohibited:

1. Real or simulated violence in a sexual context, including serious pain, injury, bleeding, choking to unconsciousness, mutilation or the use of weapons.
2. Incest, including role-play or titles, descriptions or tags that present sexual activity between family members (including step-family).
3. Bestiality or any sexual content involving animals.
4. Necrophilia or sexual content involving a dead or apparently dead person.
5. Content involving urine, feces, vomit or menstrual blood in a sexual context.
6. Content that is obscene under the law that applies, or otherwise illegal where it was produced, in the United States, or where it is made available.

4. Exploitation, trafficking and commercial sex

Prohibited: any content or activity connected to human trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation or sextortion; offering, requesting or advertising sex or sexual services for money or anything of value, escorting, “meet-ups”, or links to such offers.

5. Privacy, harassment and hate

Prohibited: publishing someone's personal information without their consent (doxxing); harassment, threats, bullying or content intended to shame or degrade a specific real person; content that promotes violence or hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or similar characteristics; impersonating any person, brand or organization, including Nudzy staff.

6. Rights of others

Prohibited: content you did not create and do not have the rights to, including clips from studios, other platforms, paid or subscription sites, films, TV, music or other creators' work; re-uploads of content another person published, even if “free” or “public” elsewhere; and use of another person's name, image or likeness in a way that misleads or exploits them.

7. Other illegal or harmful content

Prohibited: content promoting or selling illegal drugs, weapons or other illegal goods; content promoting self-harm or suicide; fraud, scams, phishing and malware; spam, misleading tags or titles, and engagement manipulation.

8. Metadata, tags and accuracy

Titles, descriptions, tags and usernames must accurately describe the content and follow this policy. Using prohibited terms (for example “teen”) is a violation even if the content itself shows only adults. We may edit, remove or refuse tags and text that violate this policy.

9. Enforcement

We may remove content, issue warnings and strikes, restrict features, require pre-review of all uploads, and suspend or terminate accounts as described in Sections 9–12 of the Terms. Serious violations (Sections 1, 2 and 4 of this Policy and false verification records) lead to permanent termination.

10. Report it

If you see content that breaks these rules, report it — no account needed. For a suspected minor, choose “Suspected minor”; for intimate content shared without consent, choose “Shared without consent”. Please don't download or forward the content.
